Rest assured, if your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it online or for free in-store within 30 days.
For a shipment via Post, please return your product to the following address:

Place your jewelry in its original packaging.
Include the delivery slip in your shipment.
In case your order is lost, you will need to follow up directly with Post to trace it.
💎What are the conditions for returning your jewelry?
Your jewelry must be new, in its original packaging, unworn (showing no damage or alteration), and free of any personalized inscription or engraving.
When will I be refunded?
If your order meets the return conditions, Orysta will refund the total amount of your order, excluding return shipping costs.
