💎I would like to track the delivery of my order. Is this possible?

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will include the tracking number for your parcel. You can track the delivery of your orders by clicking on this link: Track my order. You can also track your order via your customer account under the “My purchases” section:

“In preparation” status: your order is currently being prepared by our logistics team and has not yet been handed over to the carrier.

“In delivery” status: your parcel has been taken over by the carrier and delivery is in progress.

“Delivered” status: the delivery has been completed, either to your home / concierge, post office, pickup point, or jewelry store.

Delivery times include the manufacturing time if the jewelry is made to order. In the case of engraving, delivery times may be extended by two to three days.

If the delivery time indicated when you placed your order has been exceeded, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.

💎I would like to place an order on your website. How do I proceed?

To place an order on our website, you can add your product directly to your cart from the product page by clicking the “I feel called to this” button. A window will then open to confirm your selection.

💎I would like to place an order without creating an account. Is this possible?

You have the option to place an order as a guest.

We recommend creating an account in order to access your order history, personal information, and order tracking.

💎I need an invoice. Will it be included in my parcel?

You can have your invoice when you connect to your account.

💎I would like gift wrapping for my jewelry / watch. Is this possible?

When you choose your jewel you can add gift wrapping.

💎I need to send my gift and would like to include a personalized message. How can I do this?

You have the option to include a personalized message with your order. Send us a message and we’ll include your message with the gift.

💎Can I purchase a piece of jewelry even if I don’t know the size?

Our rings are adjudjustable. Also, rest assured, you have 30 days to exchange your jewelry.

💎Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify your order once it has been placed and paid for. Rest assured, you have the option to cancel your order within 30 minutes by going to your account page and then placing a new order.

If you were unable to cancel your order within the allotted time, you may return your items within 30 days.
