đI would like to track the delivery of my order. Is this possible?
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will include the tracking number for your order.
You can also track your order via your customer account under the âMy purchasesâ section:
âIn preparationâ status: your order is currently being prepared by our logistics team and has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
âIn deliveryâ status: your parcel has been taken over by the carrier and delivery is in progress.
âDeliveredâ status: the delivery has been completed, either to your home / concierge, post office, pickup point, or jewelry store.
đMy order is marked as delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
For standard delivery, we invite you to check with your neighbors, as it is possible that the carrier may have delivered your order to one of them.
If you chose another delivery method or if checking with neighbors is unsuccessful, please contact Orysta customer service via our contact form. Our customer service advisors will carry out the necessary inquiries with the carrier.
We ask you to provide a detailed, dated, and signed statement, along with a valid copy of your ID (front and back), as well as a filed complaint, a police report, or a âspoliation reportâ.
Any claim made after 3 days from the delivery date or any incomplete claim cannot be considered, and no refund or exchange procedure will be initiated.
đI would like to have a gift delivered to a different address than my own. Is this possible?
We deliver anywhere in Europe. Thanks to our digitalized invoice, you can send gifts to a delivery address different from your billing address.
When placing your order, at the delivery method step, make sure to uncheck the box âUse as billing addressâ and enter the desired delivery address.

đWhat delivery methods do you offer?
Orysta provide Standard delivery. The delivery period can takes between 5 to 15days depending the day you place your order and your Post organisation.
